2. Advance payment

After receiving confirmation of available period temporary reservation is valid 2 days . Required payment : 30%.
Required payment : 50%, when booking is shorter than 30 days .
Advance payment in special season : 70%.

3. Confirmation of payment

When we get pre-payment, we will let you know

about the approval of your reservation that is valid from that moment.

4. Remaining payment

Remaining amount of money for all reservation period charge on arrival .

5. Arrival

Hotel night starts at   14:00 on arrival and ends at   10:00 on departure .

6. Cancellation

In the case of cancellation, please contact us stating the name of the person who made a reservation and giving us the exact date of stay.

Cancellation with full refund of pre-payment is possible within  61 days prior to arrival .

In case of cancellation within less than 60 days prior to arrival, paid pre-payment is not refundable .
